Autonomie proud to support Young Carers Awareness Day 2019

Today and every day many young people take on the role of caring for siblings living with additional needs - some don't realise they're carers.

It is vital young carers are supported.

Our research shows much more needs to be done to support these young people and that's why we are enhancing our family support services - to enable us to provide more practical support to young carers in Belfast and surrounding areas.

Practical support including wellbeing sessions, one-to-one confidential and group session counselling, social and recreational activities, signposting, information and advice and even a chance to gain an accredited counselling course qualification.

If you are a young carer chat to a member of our professional and friendly team to find out more about free practical support that is available to you right now!
