'What Next?' is a Big Lottery Funded 3-year project that will offer practical support for young people with disabilities who face challenges in making their transition into adult life.
The project will offer training programmes with an educational and work focus, in addition to programmes aimed at developing social and communication skills, confidence and self-esteem and prevent poor mental health.
The post holder will work provide administrative and monitoring of ‘What Next’ Project funded by Big Lottery Empowering Young People.
Will undertake duties under the direction of the Coordinator to ensure the implementation and evaluation of the project.
Will maintain excellent working relationships with young people, families, staff and volunteer teams.
To ensure all reports, statistics funding claims and returns are completed and returned as required under funding terms and conditions.
