What Next? Project Coordinator

'What Next?' is a Big Lottery Funded 3-year project will offer practical support for young people with disabilities who face challenges in making their transition into adult life.

The ‘What Next?’  project will offer training programmes with an educational and work focus, in addition to programmes aimed at developing social and communication skills, confidence and self-esteem and prevent poor mental health.  

‘What Next?’ Project Coordinator will play a key role in the development, management, roll-out, and evaluation of the programme and the dissemination of evidence of project impact and outcomes.

The post holder will be responsible for the efficient and effective development, implementation, management, monitoring and evaluation of the ‘What Next’ Project funded by Big Lottery Empowering Young People.

To provide leadership of staff, the administration of the programme and the financial oversight of the project.

To establish and maintain excellent working relationships with young people, families, staff and volunteer teams.

To co-ordinate the development and implementation of the project, its goals and outcomes to ensure its success.
