Boundaries and Limitations activities part two

BoundariesLimitations.jpg

This is part two of a two part Boundaries and Limitations activities workshop for young people with additional needs. The course will take a practical approach, allowing participants to further explore the concept of respect, whether earned or to be earned - and look at personal space and when and why it is important to be respected.

Goals
Participants will be able to recognise respectful relationships and behaviours that indicate respect for boundaries and will have gained skills in setting their own boundaries and noticing and respecting other people's boundaries.

All activities will reflect on the above areas of the programme e.g. Pebble Exercise - looking at each person's relationship map and who is automatically given respect and who needs to earn it, but also how they should be treating each of the identified people.

Personal Space - What is it, why do we need it and when it's appropriate to encroach on another person's.
