Day two of the What Next? Programme took place on Thursday 5th of July, and to make sure everyone was awake and ready to face a new day, we did some gentle aerobic exercises to promote positive mental health. Following this, participants took part in a session on what we feel is the most important thing about ourselves; what is important to us; what annoys us and how we should consider other people before we react or speak.

Participants also did some sessions on being aware of ourselves and the people around us!
