Autonomie is an inclusive charity that transforms the lives of disabled young people.  We are passionate about supporting and empowering young people who are living with a disability and allied additional needs.

We support young people through providing life skills training, counselling, group activities and mentoring. We have an exceptionally experienced team.  We are a highly flexible and responsive charity and have always adapted our work to reflect the changing needs of young people.  All our services were developed through feedback from the young people we support.

Opportunities to work with us!

It is a very exciting phase for Autonomie and we want you to work with us! We're launching a new community project What Next? at our new centre LILAC House (Linked Independent Living and Advice Centre). This 3 year pilot project in partnership with the Big Lottery Fund will deliver activity, training and support programmes for young people aged between 14 and 25, parents, carers and siblings and we are seeking skilled and passionate team members to help us deliver What Next? Project.
