Survey: Northern Ireland’s Public Health Agency are trying to find out about the experiences of individuals with learning disabilities when they go to hospital.
If you work or care for someone with a learning disability, they would love to hear from you. Your views will help to improve the experiences of individuals with learning disabilities when they go to hospital.
The survey will only take around 10 minutes to complete and all your responses will be treated confidentially in line with the Data Protection Act 2018.
