Huge thanks to everyone who made the Strictly Our Achievements Celebration Event a success yesterday, especially the young people who not only were involved in the event planning right from the start but those too involved in the delivery of the event - you were all the stars of the show yesterday evening, especially Stephanie for your beautiful solo performance of All of Me by John Legend.

We are delighted to announce that, on Friday 5th April, Autonomie will be hosting Strictly Our Achievements Celebration.

A night of celebration marking the achievement of the young people involved in Autonomie’s services including the What next? Project, funded by the National Lottery Community Fund.

It’s widely understood that Yoga can offer a wide range of benefits, from relaxation to even reducing stress and anxiety in regular users.

On Thursday 8 November as part of our What Next? programme and to mark Self-care Week 2018 participants got a chance to take part in the first of two yoga sessions at  Lilac House.

On Friday 12 October What Next programme participants cooked up a storm at the Lilac House kitchen!

Participants got to build on their existing cookery skills and those who needed were able to avail of our independent living equipment to prepare their lunch!

Everyone got a chance to make a lunch of beans and scrambled eggs on toast!
